Prof. Rajesh Tayal

Prof. Tayal is one of most sought after faculty for corporate laws as well Indirect Taxes. He has been teaching in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan regulalry and visits various parts of the country from time to time. Thousands of students all over the country have already become chartered accountants under his guidance.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Before coming to academic side, he devoted 11 years in corporate sector and during that period he handled almost all issues related to corporate entitles i.e. since incorporation of companies upto winding up.
